Dalton is a native of Georgia and still currently lives in the Metro Atlanta area. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
Since becoming licensed at Residential Funding Consultants, Dalton has become an expert in non-qualified mortgage lending, helping self-employed clients obtain financing. He specializes in loan programs such as bank statement lending, 1099 loans, and investor product lending. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Dalton works with several dozen non-QM lenders in the country that offer these types of programs. He also has experience in conventional, FHA, and VA loan programs and the respective lenders who offer them. Dalton enjoys the creativity needed and excels at structuring each loan for his client. Rest assured, he will explore every option in helping his clients find the best program to meet their needs.
